Samsung tablet troubleshooting

If you're having issues with getting your Stratux to work on a Samsung or any other Android based tablet make sure you disable power saving modes.

There may be at least two ways to address this issue if it applies to you:
1. *Turn OFF Power Saving Mode in Android*
Here's where you'd find that setting in a Samsung S7 phone (Android 8):
Settings->Device Mainenance->Battery->Power Saving Mode->Off

2. If you'd still like to use this handy Android feature that extends battery life, there's a specific setting that stops Stratux data in Avare on the S7 phone.  To fix it on the S7 you can use the "MID" saver.  Here's where you'd find that setting in a Samsung S7 phone (Android 8):
Settings->Device Mainenance->Battery->Power Saving Mode->
MID->Background Network...->On (slider to the right)
After choosing the other settings you want on this screen, tap Apply of course.
