What is Stratux?

Stratux is a portable, dual-band ADS-B receiver that gives you traffic and weather on your tablet or phone — with no subscription fees.

How It Works

  1. Power on Stratux (battery or aircraft power)
  2. Connect your device to the Stratux WiFi network
  3. Open your EFB app — traffic and weather appear automatically

That’s it. No accounts, no subscriptions, no cellular needed.

What’s Inside

  • Raspberry Pi — the brain
  • Dual SDR Radios — one for 1090 MHz, one for 978 MHz
  • GPS Receiver — WAAS-enabled for accurate position
  • AHRS Chip (optional) — accelerometer/gyro for attitude data
